Job Title: Site Manager, Construction

Join BIG BEN CONSTRUCTION INC. as a Site Manager, Construction and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
  • Plan and manage budgets
  • Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions
  • Develop and implement quality control programs
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information
  • Prepare reports
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
Work Environment:
  • Varied work settings, including industrial, institutional, residential, and commercial construction
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
