Position Overview:
The Client Advisor for Commercial Insurance plays a crucial role in supporting Client Executives by delivering exceptional service to our clients. This position involves mentoring and coordinating the administrative and marketing efforts within the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement client service strategies, ensuring that commitments are tracked and communicated effectively.
- Maintain strong client relationships to monitor satisfaction levels.
- Participate in regular team meetings to stay informed about client needs and service plans.
- Handle client communications through various channels, identifying their insurance needs.
- Prepare proposals that showcase Acera's unique approach to managing business risks.
- Educate clients on their business risks and insurance options.
- Represent Acera as a leader in the insurance industry through professional engagements.
- Support established processes and contribute to team discussions.
- Advocate for enhancements to service plans that provide additional value to clients.
Qualifications:
- Foster a collaborative environment where teams are motivated to excel.
- Adaptable to both team-oriented and independent work, with the ability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines.
- Skilled in utilizing technology and resources to maximize efficiency.
- Self-motivated learner who approaches problem-solving with practical solutions.
- Possess a Level 2 BC Broker License.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance sector.
- Familiarity with insurance document management software.
- Experience with EPIC software is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
