About the Role

Westburne is a leading provider of energy solutions, renewables, lighting, wire & cable, automation, and connected network solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers and vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales growth in our existing customer database
  • Prospect and onboard new accounts while managing relationships with key vendors
  • Provide exceptional customer service and act as a conduit between projects, the branch, and operational teams
  • Build brand recognition and support sales initiatives to enhance customer experiences
  • Coach and mentor peers and colleagues to ensure teamwork and deliver exceptional service
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of related sales experience
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and build/maintain effective relationships
  • Track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation skills
