Position Overview

As a Cleaning Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety within our facilities. Your leadership will ensure that our cleaning staff is well-trained and that operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and oversee cleaning personnel to ensure effective performance.
  • Activity Coordination: Supervise and organize the daily tasks of cleaning staff to optimize workflow.
  • Quality Control: Conduct inspections of facilities to uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Hands-On Support: Assist cleaning staff in their duties as needed to maintain efficiency.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to coordinate cleaning schedules and activities.
  • Schedule Management: Develop and implement work schedules for cleaning staff.
Qualifications

Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
