Nurse Practitioner

• Provide client care by utilizing observation, assessment, nursing diagnosis, counseling, and health teaching skills.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Perform routine nursing duties, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
• Document client progress and maintain accurate records.

• Graduation from an accredited Licensed/Registered Practical Nursing Program.
• Current registration with the provincial licensing body.
• Previous experience in the acute care sector or long-term care.
