ROLE OVERVIEW:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Guide and mentor a team of Instructional Designers and eLearning Developers, overseeing the creation of comprehensive digital learning solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to enhance content review processes and course development workflows for efficient and timely delivery.
- Provide mentorship and manage projects utilizing project management tools and the learning project management lifecycle.
- Work with various teams to create digital learning content and assets, influencing the future direction of training programs.
- Advance instructional design standards, policies, and procedures while ensuring quality assurance in instructional design development.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Over 5 years of experience in designing and developing adult education programs, with at least 2 years in instructional design project management as a leader.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, HTML5, CSS, and experienced in instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE or SAM, along with eLearning tools and Learning Management Systems.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams while managing multiple priorities.
- Possess a blend of creative design skills and technical expertise, including graphic design, video production, micro-learning, responsive design, gamification, and animation.
- Exhibit flexibility, enthusiasm, and energy—self-motivated with the ability to establish strong partnerships and communicate effectively.
- Skilled in problem-solving and critical thinking, with a keen eye for detail and resourcefulness.
- Excellent communication skills, with bilingualism considered an asset.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% as required.
