Job Title: Restaurant Host/Hostess

Veg Delight Pizza Bakery & Restaurant Limited is seeking a skilled Restaurant Host/Hostess to join our team. As a Restaurant Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, and address concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Table Management: Manage table assignments, ensure timely seating, and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Cash Handling: Balance and deposit cash, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Communication: Liaise between chefs, customers, and other staff members to ensure seamless service.
  • Task Management: Perform opening and closing activities, inspect dining areas, and maintain a clean and safe environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
