Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest tech products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Meet or exceed personal sales goals and contribute to the team's overall success.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a high level of operational performance and ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements
  • Possess a passion for technology, telecommunications, and sales.
  • Exceptional listening and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers.
  • Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality is an asset.
  • Proficiency in a second language is a plus, with French being a requirement for positions in Quebec.
