Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at the Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg. As a key member of our Radiology department, you will be responsible for performing routine radiological procedures on inpatients and outpatients, and assisting radiologists and other physicians with Central Line Placements, Fluoroscopy and OR procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine radiological procedures on inpatients and outpatients
  • Assist radiologists and other physicians with Central Line Placements, Fluoroscopy and OR procedures
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest medical imaging technologies and techniques
Requirements
  • Graduate of a recognized school of Medical Imaging Technology
  • Successful completion of an accredited Medical Imaging Technology Program, eligible for registration with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (C.A.M.R.T.)
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) training requirements for this position shall be in accordance with the Employer policy
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
