Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol interior and exterior of facilities to prevent unauthorized entry and respond to alarms and emergency calls for assistance.
  • Monitor risks such as unlocked doors, blocked entrances and exits, and additional breaches of security.
  • Use two-way radios and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, visitors, and staff to provide information and resolve issues.
  • Monitor and screen visitors and clients to grant access to facilities.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Code of Conduct/Vulnerable Sector Check.
  • Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification.
