Job Title: Healthcare Security Officer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Healthcare Security Officer to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Healthcare Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patrol interior and exterior of facilities to prevent unauthorized entry and respond to alarms and emergency calls for assistance.
  • Monitor risks such as unlocked doors, blocked entrances and exits, and additional breaches of security.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and visitors to provide information and assistance as needed.
  • Write reports and investigate routine incidents, as well as respond to code emergencies in a quick and efficient manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service skills and be able to work with people who are under stress or in need of medical assistance.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in security or law enforcement preferred.
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
