Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Supervisor to join our team at Motion Fitness. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our facilities and ensuring that our sites are safe, clean, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the work of our facilities team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that our sites meet our high standards for safety and cleanliness.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas where additional services are required, such as painting, repair work, or renovations, and recommend solutions to management.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support to our cleaning team as needed, ensuring that our facilities are always clean and tidy.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that our facilities team is working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
Work Environment

Our facilities team works in a variety of environments, including wet/damp, noisy, and dusty conditions. If you are comfortable working in these types of environments, we encourage you to apply.
