About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team at Flynn Group of Companies. As an Estimator, you will play a critical role in the success of our commercial roofing projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete take-offs and estimates for larger, more complex projects
  • Follow up on single-scope and/or multi-scope projects
  • Complete work orders and prepare material order sheets
  • Provide mentoring and training to junior Estimators
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in roofing estimating
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Experience in using computer programs specific to this role (MS Office and Bluebeam/AutoCAD)
  • Clear understanding of contract documents
