This role presents avenues for growth. By acquiring your mutual fund representative license, if you do not possess it already, you will be able to advance in your position and broaden your responsibilities, particularly in executing mutual fund transactions.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Understand clients' requirements and address intricate situations.
  • Provide guidance and propose suitable solutions for Personal and Small Business clients to fulfill their transaction, investment, personal financing, customized insurance, and estate planning needs.
  • Assist clients throughout the mortgage renewal or renegotiation journey.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Refer clients to specialized colleagues for their unique needs.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory and risk management standards.

Your Team

Various work schedules are available and will differ based on team availability. This role reports to the Branch Manager. On a daily basis, you will collaborate with a team of specialists in investment, mortgage financing, and other areas.
