Your Responsibilities:

  • Understand clients' requirements and address intricate situations.
  • Provide guidance and present suitable solutions for Personal and Small Business clients to fulfill their transaction, investment, personal financing, tailored insurance, and estate planning requirements.
  • Assist clients throughout the mortgage renewal or renegotiation journey.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Direct clients to specialized colleagues for their specific needs.
  • Guarantee compliance with risk management regulations.

Your Team

Various work schedules are available and will differ based on team needs. This role reports to the Branch Manager. On a daily basis, you will collaborate with a team of specialists in investment, mortgage financing, and other relevant fields.
