Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, conducting hearing health diagnostics and dispensing hearing aids to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Stay current on hearing aid technology and best practices, ensuring you deliver the highest level of care and expertise.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective treatment plans, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements:

  • A college diploma or university degree from a recognized program in audiology or a related field.
  • Current registration with the relevant regulatory body, demonstrating your commitment to ongoing professional development and excellence.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in diagnostic and dispensing, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
