Your responsibilities:

  • Assist clients from their first visit through ongoing hearing care
  • Keep informed about the latest advancements in hearing technology
  • Schedule appointments and adhere to established protocols

Qualifications we seek:

  • Diploma or degree from an accredited institution
  • Valid registration with the appropriate regulatory authority
  • At least one year of experience in hearing diagnostics and device fitting
  • Up-to-date knowledge of hearing health products and services
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Openness to travel as required
