Job Title: Construction General Manager

Finest Construction & Renovation Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Construction General Manager to lead our construction division. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the division, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement divisional strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of construction professionals to deliver projects
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers
  • Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure project success
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a construction management role
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
