Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At Hero Certified Burgers, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train staff in food preparation, presentation, and service
  • Manage inventory and ordering of food and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Maintain high standards of quality and customer service
  • Monitor and control labor costs and inventory levels
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of dedicated staff. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
