Bulldog Energy Group is actively seeking dedicated and safety-conscious individuals to operate our Vacuum Truck Units.

This role involves operating Vacuum Truck Units on various projects primarily within the Downhole Drilling sector across Western Canada.

Applicants are required to submit a clean drivers abstract along with their resume for evaluation.

We manage a substantial fleet of modern Vacuum, Combo, Hydrovac, Water, Gravel, and Winch Units throughout Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan. Our services are employed in a variety of projects, including Downhole Drilling, Pipeline HDD, Daylighting, and Civil Construction.

At Bulldog, we are committed to delivering top-notch service through industry-leading training and technology. Our primary objective is to ensure exceptional customer service while prioritizing safety. When operating units for Bulldog, you will receive 24/7 support from our Maintenance, Safety, and Operations Departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate equipment in accordance with Bulldog Energy and client standards.
  • Maintain equipment as per Bulldog Energy and manufacturer specifications.
  • Complete Daily Field Tickets, Logbooks, Pre-trips, and Hazard Assessments.
  • Participate in daily safety meetings.
  • Adhere to the safety program, including all policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Maintain valid safety tickets and site orientations as necessary.

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Class 1 or 3 Drivers License with Air Brakes.
  • Experience with 13 or 18 Speed Transmission (manual transmission proficiency required).
  • Clean drivers abstract.
  • Instructor certified in First Aid and H2S Alive.
  • Confined Space certification.
  • PCST, PST, CSTS, Fall Protection, and Ground Disturbance certifications are advantageous.
  • Experience operating Vacuum Trucks on Drilling Rig, Pipeline HDD, and Land Spraying Projects is preferred.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment Fit to Work and Drug Alcohol Testing.

  • Competitive wages for Pipeline HDD and Civil Projects ranging from $29/HR to $35/HR plus overtime.
