Job Opportunity at Bulldog Energy Group

We are seeking a skilled and safety-oriented individual to operate Vacuum Truck Units on our current projects across Western Canada, primarily within the Downhole Drilling division.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating equipment, maintaining it in accordance with our and manufacturer requirements, and completing daily field tickets, logbooks, pre-trips, and hazard assessments.

Our company operates a large fleet of modern Vacuum, Combo, Hydrovac, Water, Gravel, and Winch Units across Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan. We provide industry-leading training and technology, and our goal is to deliver exceptional customer service with safety as our top priority.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate equipment as per our and customer expectations
  • Maintain equipment in accordance with our and manufacturer requirements
  • Complete daily field tickets, logbooks, pre-trips, and hazard assessments
  • Attend daily safety meetings
  • Follow our safety program, including all policies, procedures, and practices
  • Maintain valid safety tickets and site orientations as required
Qualifications and Competencies:
  • Class 1 or 3 Drivers License with Air Brakes
  • 13 or 18 Speed Transmission experience (must be able to drive manual transmission)
  • Clean drivers abstract
  • Instructor certified First Aid and H2S Alive
  • Confined Space
  • PCST, PST, CSTS, Fall Protection, Ground Disturbance are considered assets
  • Vacuum Truck Operating Experience on Drilling Rig, Pipeline HDD, and Land Spraying Projects considered an asset
  • Ability to pass pre-employment Fit to Work and Drug Alcohol Testing
What We Offer:
  • Pipeline HDD and Civil Project Wages range from $29/HR to $35/HR + OT
  • Drilling Rig Project Wages range from $400/DAY to $500/DAY
