Position Overview

The Hotel Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily activities within the hotel environment, ensuring a seamless experience for guests and efficient operations.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years and up to 3 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality sector.
Work Environment

This position is situated in an urban area, specifically within a hotel, motel, or resort setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and perform the same tasks as the team members under your guidance.
  • Assist guests with special requirements to enhance their stay.
  • Coordinate, assign, and evaluate the work of staff members.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor new employees on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Ensure the operational integrity of computer systems and equipment, arranging for repairs as necessary to maintain service quality.
  • Order and manage inventory of materials and supplies.

Responsible for supervising a team of 5 to 10 individuals.
