- Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Train staff and oversee office administrative procedures.
- Resolve conflict situations and commission systems and components.
- Monitor and evaluate performance and oversee payroll administration.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures, and prepare funding and grant applications and proposals.
- No supervision responsibility.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience in handling methods.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in a similar field of employment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
