Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver knowledgeable, effective, and efficient client service at our designated location, providing insurance guidance, processing policy modifications, and entering updates into the insurance management system.
- Meet sales objectives by adhering to departmental standards while ensuring high-quality customer service.
- Collaborate with supervisors and fellow team members to contribute insights during team discussions, organize local events, and assist with various projects.
Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance sales.
- Possession of an active OTL license is mandatory.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field, or progress towards a CIP designation is advantageous.
