As a Concierge with FirstService Residential, you will be the face of our high-end residential properties, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to residents and visitors. Our successful Concierges possess a strong background in customer service, a passion for going above and beyond, and the ability to problem-solve and diffuse challenging situations.
Job OverviewAs a Concierge, you will be working on weekends, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting residents and visitors, providing a high standard of customer service, and ensuring that residents are satisfied with their experience.
Requirements- Previous experience with strata buildings is an asset.
- At least one year of direct/in-person customer service experience is required.
- Excellent written and oral command of the English language is necessary to communicate effectively with clients and support staff.
As a part-time associate, you will have access to our Employee Assistance Plan. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $21.00 and a supportive work environment that values your growth and development.
