Position Overview

As a Food Service Supervisor at Bal Enterprises Ltd., you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our food service team. Your leadership will ensure that our culinary offerings meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
  • Ingredient Management: Assess and estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all food and service adhere to established quality control standards.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records related to stock levels, repairs, sales, and food wastage.
  • Culinary Knowledge: Possess a solid understanding of the culinary genres relevant to our establishment.
  • Delivery Oversight: Supervise and verify the delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely service.
  • Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules for the food service team.

Qualifications
