Qualifications

  • Dusty conditions are common due to the nature of the work.
Job Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of insulation workers.
  • Schedule and manage project timelines effectively.
  • Oversee training programs for apprentices and new hires.
  • Conduct recruitment and staffing actions to build a competent team.
  • Provide training or arrange for training sessions for team members.
  • Manage operational aspects of the company related to insulation projects.
  • Set up and maintain necessary equipment and machinery.
  • Estimate project costs and required materials accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide project execution.
  • Lead and instruct team members to achieve project goals.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Direct supervision of a team of 3-4 insulation workers.

Certifications

Work Conditions
