Position Overview:
As a Fire Safety Quotation Analyst, you will play a crucial role in assessing fire safety concerns and recommendations arising from thorough service evaluations conducted by seasoned sprinkler professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive evaluations of fire-related challenges identified during service inspections.
- Generating detailed estimates for property owners, contractors, and various project initiatives that involve renovation and retrofit tasks.
- Finalizing essential documentation, reviewing architectural plans and specifications, and preparing proposals and contracts.
- Engaging in on-site assessments while effectively liaising with consultants, engineers, contractors, supervisors, and other relevant professionals.
- Coordinating the development of technical drawings, material inventories, safety protocols, and overseeing on-site installations.
- Managing aspects of design, materials procurement, labor allocation, subcontractor engagement, and any required adjustments.
Qualifications:
- A completed post-secondary education in Fire Protection Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the inspection, testing, maintenance, or sales of fire alarm systems.
- Proven organizational capabilities and attention to detail.
- Strong collaborative skills to work effectively within a team environment.
