Inventory Control Manager

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at Supergraphics Design Company Ltd.
Job SummaryThe Inventory Control Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the inventory management process, ensuring accurate and efficient tracking of inventory levels, and implementing processes to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics to inform business decisions.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train inventory control staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to streamline inventory management processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as purchasing and logistics, to ensure seamless inventory management.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The Inventory Control Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
