Your Contribution
- Uphold and advocate for Englobe's health and safety protocols.
- Oversee multiple Noise and Vibration projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate, supervise, and execute field and office tasks related to Noise and Vibration monitoring.

- Manage and/or produce deliverable documentation for various projects, including Construction Noise and Management Plans, Noise and Vibration Assessments, and Monitoring Reports.

- Prepare proposals and qualification packages.
- Consistently implement prescribed technical procedures and work plans.
- Participate in project management meetings, client discussions, and health and safety inspections.
- Actively promote the company's products and services to both new and existing clients through business development initiatives.
- Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to changes in scheduling, including occasional overtime, evening, or weekend work.
- Travel between worksites as necessary.
- Maintain a commitment to exceeding client expectations by consistently delivering high-quality work.
- Uphold professionalism and objectivity while collaborating with colleagues and clients requiring varying levels of support.
- Navigate challenging situations with tact and diplomacy to sustain positive working relationships with all internal and external contacts.
- Conduct project administration tasks as needed, including timesheet generation and project invoicing.

Your Profile
- University Degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Possession of a Professional Engineering (P.Eng) designation is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of post-designation experience related to Noise and Vibration is essential.
- Experience in Geotechnical Instrumentation and Monitoring of public infrastructure during construction is preferred.
- Knowledge and understanding of monitoring instruments and their applications are necessary.
- Experience in pre-condition surveys and noise and vibration monitoring is advantageous.
- Familiarity with both provincial and federal environmental regulations would be beneficial.
