Guest Services Agent

The Silver Hotel Group is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Services Agent to provide exceptional service to our hotel guests. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming experience for our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of reservations and payments.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests, providing information and assistance as needed.
  • Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide guests with personalized recommendations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Guest Services Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
