About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Insulation Specialist to join our team at Thermo Homes Insulators Ltd. As an Insulation Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the thermal integrity of our clients' homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Training: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but we will provide on-the-job training to ensure you have the necessary skills to excel in this role.
  • Work Setting: You will work in residential settings, ensuring that our clients' homes are properly insulated to meet their needs.
  • Construction Specialization: You will work with industrial, commercial, and institutional clients, providing thermal protection solutions to meet their unique needs.
  • Security and Safety: As an Insulation Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' homes are safe and secure, with a focus on bondable solutions.
  • Transportation and Travel: You will be required to travel to job sites, with travel expenses paid by the employer.
  • Weight Handling: You will be required to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) as part of your duties.
  • Tools and Equipment: You will be required to use a hard hat as part of your personal protective equipment.
  • Experience and Training: We will provide on-the-job training to ensure you have the necessary skills to excel in this role.
