About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Insulation Specialist to join our team at Thermo Homes Insulators Ltd. As an Insulation Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the thermal integrity of our residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Training: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, as we provide on-the-job training.
  • Work Experience: We welcome candidates with no prior experience, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
  • Work Setting: You will work in a variety of settings, including residential, commercial, and industrial environments.
  • Construction Specialization: You will work on projects involving industrial, commercial, and institutional construction.
  • Security and Safety: You will be required to undergo a background check and obtain a bond.
  • Travel and Transportation: Travel expenses will be paid by the employer, and you will be required to work a standard 37-52 hour workweek.
  • Physical Demands: You will be required to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and wear a hard hat on the job site.
