About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at 0913365 B.C.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Payroll Processing: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including statistical and accounting reports.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.
  • Personal Qualities: Flexibility, organized, reliable, and strong time management skills.
Working Conditions
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
