Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage appointment scheduling and coordination
  • Handle phone and email inquiries from clients and veterinarians
  • Prepare and process invoices, estimates, and other financial documents
  • Provide information and support to pet parents, including medication administration and care instructions
  • Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure outstanding patient care and customer service
