Your Role
As a Field Service Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the maintenance and repair of equipment in the field. You will contribute to our growth strategy as a leader in the oil-free air rental sector.
Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the maintenance of the fleet in the field
- Repairing malfunctioning equipment both on-site and at customer locations
- Conducting preventative maintenance on equipment throughout the designated territory
- Streamlining and enhancing efficient processes and routines
- Driving measurable success towards business objectives
- Documenting all daily work using company-provided tools and software
- Possessing 2 - 3+ years of experience in an industrial-related field service role
- Holding a relevant Electromechanical degree or equivalent training
- Demonstrating proficiency in the maintenance, overhaul, and repair of various industrial equipment, including electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Exhibiting strong English communication skills; knowledge of an additional language is advantageous
- Maintaining high energy levels
- Being physically capable of lifting up to 50lbs and working in industrial environments with varying temperatures, which may involve walking, standing, reaching, bending, and kneeling
