About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Engineering Manager to lead our Delivery Team at Boundlessfellows. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and technical trajectories for our perfect delivery framework, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and fostering a delightful Instacart delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a 7-10 person full-stack + mobile team with hands-on technical guidance, focusing on the core delivery experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Data, ML, and senior leadership across the company to deliver complex projects within ambitious timelines.
  • Drive the team's strategy, roadmap, and crucial technical decisions.
  • Recruit and develop top talent for the technical leadership of our rapidly-growing engineering team.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience managing teams of software engineers.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to balance business needs and a sense of urgency, while delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
