About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of housekeeping staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets for housekeeping supplies and services, ensuring that we are getting the best value for our money.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for the housekeeping team, ensuring that we have adequate coverage at all times.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
