We are seeking a skilled Laborer to join our team in Etobicoke. Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall completion of projects, ensuring high standards of quality and timely completion.
  • Maintain a clean and organized site and project area.
  • Deliver quality and satisfaction through constant communication with homeowners, crew chiefs, and business owners.
  • Assist in delivering flyers and marketing door-to-door in neighborhoods around work sites.

Requirements

  • Preferably some experience with hands-on work, although no professional experience is necessary. You will be trained on how to take care of lawns and paint/stain projects.
  • Must have own car or reliable transportation.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and hardworking nature.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Coachable and willing to learn.

Compensation and Benefits

  • $15-$22 per hour, depending on experience and responsibility.
