About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Back Pain Physiotherapy & Massage Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our medical clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment
    • Administer evaluative tests to assess patients' physical abilities
    • Examine patients to identify areas of concern
    • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to address patients' needs
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Confer with other health professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
    • Communicate effectively with patients and their families to educate them on treatment plans and progress
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical and progress reports
    • Supervise technical and support staff to ensure efficient clinic operations
Requirements
  • Education and Certification
    • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or related field
    • Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
  • Work Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a medical clinic setting
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Client-focused and empathetic approach to patient care
