About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Back Pain Physiotherapy & Massage Ltd. As a key member of our medical clinic, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment
    • Administer comprehensive evaluative tests to assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
    • Examine patients to identify areas of concern and make informed decisions on tests and procedures.
  • Program Development and Implementation
    • Plan and implement physiotherapy programs tailored to individual patient needs.
    • Select and utilize appropriate exercises, apparatus, and manipulations to promote optimal patient outcomes.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Confer with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and coordination.
    • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical and progress reports to track patient progress.
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise technical and support staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
    Requirements
    • Education and Certification
      • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or related field.
      • Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities.
    • Work Experience
      • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a medical clinic setting.
    • Personal Qualities
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
