Cashier Team Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cashier Supervisor to join our team at 10146417 Manitoba Ltd. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of productivity.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cashiers and sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Authorize Returns: Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Sell Merchandise: Promote and sell products to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and ensure a clean and organized store environment.
- Manage Cash: Count and reconcile cash, manage cash handling procedures, and maintain a secure and accurate cash handling system.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Setting: Gas bar environment.
- Supervision: 5-10 people.
- Security and Safety: Criminal record check required.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking; standing for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, organized, reliability, and team player.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.

- Language: English.
- Hours of Work: 40 hours per week.
