Key Responsibilities:
- Administer specialized IV and injection therapies with precision and care;
- Review and implement physician's orders with attention to detail;
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to inform care decisions;
- Initiate IV lines and perform phlebotomy with confidence;
- Provide education and support to patients on medication and health management;
- Monitor patient conditions and document observations according to our standards;
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive patient care;
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 3 years of recent acute care experience, preferably in a hospital setting;
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing and current registration in good standing;
- Training and experience in medication administration and IV therapy;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team;
- Current BCLS certification and willingness to maintain certification.
