Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Sahib Collection LTD. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, including planning and organizing tasks, managing staff, and evaluating work environments.
  • Staff Supervision: Direct staff, train staff, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Communication: Open and distribute mail and other materials, schedule and confirm appointments, and provide diversity and cross-cultural trainings.
  • Recruitment: Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
