Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and investigating incidents while overseeing loss prevention systems across various store locations
  • Creating strategies to minimize shrinkage and pinpointing potential loss areas
  • Detaining individuals involved in unlawful activities
  • Collecting evidence, preparing reports, and documentation for legal proceedings
  • Handling special tasks such as lock maintenance, key management, and training staff
  • Ensuring the overall safety and security of store environments

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to maintain composure during critical situations
  • Dedication to safety protocols and legal compliance
  • Strong ethical principles and integrity
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities
  • Possession of a valid Class 5 driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Prior experience in security or a related field is advantageous
  • Provincial security worker license or willingness to obtain one

Work Schedule:

This is a Full-Time role with a flexible schedule that may include weekends.
