Position Overview
As a vital member of our manufacturing team, you will become part of a diverse and dynamic group of motivated professionals, each bringing unique talents and experiences.
Work Schedule
The Day Shift operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform welding using Flux core (all positions) and metal core (flat).
- Fit and fabricate cranes and related components according to blueprints.
- Utilize tools such as grinders, die grinders, oxy-acetylene torches, forklifts, and overhead cranes.
- Identify and rectify weld defects.
- Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.
- Ensure all tasks are completed safely.
- Execute additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a secondary school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in structural steel fitting and welding.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
