We are looking for a retail sales administrative associate. The ideal candidate should be a resident of the local community. However, applicants from outside the area may be considered based on operational needs.

Position Overview:

  • Promote and sell postal services and products to both businesses and the general public
  • Manage the sorting, distribution, and processing of mail
  • Assist customers by providing necessary information and forms
  • Resolve delivery and service-related issues in a timely and effective manner

Qualifications:

  • Completion of high school or equivalent educational background
  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service roles
  • Familiarity with accounting systems or postal operations
  • Ability to lift mail containers weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to be available for on-call duties

Additional Information:

Candidates residing within a certain distance from the post office may be prioritized based on demand. Successful candidates will be required to complete a security clearance process.
