Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Control Consultant to join our team at CNA. As a Risk Control Consultant, you will be responsible for performing risk assessments and providing consultative risk improvement services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct on-site and remote risk assessments to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Work with senior risk control staff to assess program needs and implement customized risk management strategies.
  • Partner with underwriting and other areas to provide information for risk evaluation and assessment.
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with internal and external business partners.
  • Deliver technical resources and training programs as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum three to five years progressive insurance experience in Property & Casualty with a proven track record of results.
  • Strong technical and product-specific expertise, risk control evaluation and assessment skills, and knowledge of insurance and risk control principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Proficient knowledge of applicable NFPA Standards & Codes and FM Data Sheets.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
