The role is situated within a pharmacy or drugstore setting, focusing on customer care and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and assign tasks to pharmacy staff.
- Identify and select products and services to be offered.
- Establish pricing and credit policies.
- Formulate and execute marketing initiatives.
- Assess staffing needs and manage recruitment processes.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain issues.
- Oversee the hiring, training, and management of staff and volunteers.
- Organize, direct, and evaluate daily pharmacy operations.
The role includes supervising a team of approximately 3-4 individuals.
Experience RequirementsCandidates should possess 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
