About the Role
As a Senior Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of assurance professionals in providing high-quality services to our clients. You will work closely with partners and clients to plan, execute, and complete a wide range of review, compilation, and tax engagements. Your expertise will be essential in analyzing financial information, accounting processes, and operations procedures, and in providing valuable insights to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of assurance professionals in providing high-quality services to clients
- Collaborate with partners and clients to plan, execute, and complete assurance engagements
- Analyze financial information, accounting processes, and operations procedures
- Provide valuable insights to clients through expert analysis and recommendations
- Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure timely completion of engagements
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the highest level of service delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent field
- CPA designation preferred
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in assurance within a professional services firm
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality services and leading high-performing teams
- Strong technical and analytical skills, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on client service and satisfaction
